Corporate stays are available Sunday - Friday. They are not available on weekends, public holidays or December 20th to Feb 8th.
The rate for one night is $900 plus GST for 8 people and $30 plus GST per person, cleaning and linen is included. The stay will be 8am to 11am the next day.
For every extra night it is $600 plus GST per 8 people plus $30 plus GST per extra person.
Late check out (up to 5pm) is $300 plus GST, this is not possible on a Friday.

Cancellation Policy
We agree to respect the rights of neighbours and will not have any animals on the property. No loud noise outside after 11pm an external music systems.
We will be responsible for any breakages or damage done to the property during our stay, excluding extraneous causes beyond our control. We agree to leave the house in a reasonable order as we found it. All excess rubbish and recycling to be removed from the property upon departure. There is a rubbish bin and recycling bins outside the garage.
Should we vacate the premises prior to the termination date then no refund of monies is due to us.
The carpet is synthetic and will melt if burnt. No candles or flames inside. Take extreme care when lighting the fireplace. No smoking in the house.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm all bookings. This deposit must be paid 60 days prior to your stay and will be refunded (except for a $100 administration fee) if you cancel 30 days or more before your arrival. No refunds will be given if you cancel within 30 days , fail to show up or leave early. The balance of your payment is due within 1-week of your arrival.
