Terms and Conditions

Hire of the premises at 225 Rosetta Road is dependent on the following terms and conditions:

Respect the rights of neighbours
No loud noise after 10pm
No external music systems
No pets without prior approval
You are responsible for any breakages or damage done to the property during your stay, excluding extraneous causes beyond your control. Anything broken or damaged is to be reported to the host.
You agree to leave the house in reasonable order as you found it.
No smoking in the house.
If you have different numbers of guests at different times, as all guests are free to come and go as they please we do not do different pricing on individual days. We charge for the largest amount of guests at the house at any one time.
FUNCTIONS & PARTIES ARE STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.

Cancellations

Your deposit will be refunded (minus an NZD250 administration fee) if you cancel 60 days or more before your arrival.
No refunds will be given if you cancel within the above specified working days, fail to show up or leave early.

Failure to adhere to this policy may result in instant termination of this agreement and eviction without refund.
